Why Should I Attend?

The real value of this Convention is that all the major companies in the industry – retailers, manufacturers, sales agents, logistics providers, suppliers – are all in one place. So it’s possible to hold dozens of meetings in just a few days. That saves everyone time spent away from the office throughout the year and money in additional travel costs. These meetings can take any direction you choose – from the review of an established account to the introduction of a new product. 


2023 Registration Fees

  • NFRA Members – $750 per person
  • NFRA Retailer/Wholesaler Members – Complimentary
  • Non-Members (including non-member Retailer/Wholesalers) – $3,000 per person
  • Spouse/Family – Complimentary*

    *Spouse/Family is defined as one accompanying a registered attendee, but not present for the purpose of representing the company/brand.

Registration Policies

  • Total payment must accompany the completed registration form.
  • Fee includes a badge, required for admission to all Meal Functions, Receptions, Speaker Presentations and Business Appointments.
  • Only registered attendees may attend Convention activities and/or participate in business appointments.
  • *Spouse/Family is defined as one accompanying a registered attendee, but not present for the purpose of conducting business within the frozen and/or refrigerated food industry.
  • Cancellation and registration transfer requests must be made in writing to Sarah Thompson at sarah@NFRAweb.org. Cancellations will be assessed a service charge of 25% of the current registration fee per registrant. Registrations may be transferred at no charge. NFRA regrets that no refunds will be given after September 8, 2023, nor will they be given for no-shows.
  • Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NFRA meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image in photographs, videotapes, and electronic reproductions of such events and activities by NFRA and other third parties affiliated with NFRA.

Waiver of Liability
In consideration of my registration for the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) Convention, I agree that NFRA, its staff, and its agents shall bear no liability for an injury, illness, or death to me arising from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19 as a result of attending the Convention.
By registering for the NFRA Convention, I agree to the above registration policies and the waiver of liability.
