Shipping

In order to properly ship your materials to the 2025 NFRA Convention, please follow the below instructions:

  • For non-food items, please follow these guidelines from the FedEx Office at the World Center Marriott.
  • For food items, please use the appropriate shipping labels provided by NFRA.
  • To send sample items for customer business meetings, please use these labels:
  • If you are shipping product for the Taste of Excellence or Café NFRA, please refer to the instructions provided by The Marketing Arm.
  • If you are shipping product for a Manufacturer Meeting Room, specific labels will be emailed to you.
  • If you are a sponsor shipping product, specific shipping labels will be emailed to you.
  • There will be both frozen and refrigerated trucks on site to store all properly-labeled shipped product. Please proceed to the onsite FedEx office to retrieve your samples as needed.

The World Center will accept delivery for these products between Monday, October 13, 2025 through Friday, October 17, 2025.
