By invitation only. Speed Meetings are open to NFRA’s smallest and emerging members in good standing. Participating manufacturers must also be registered for the 2026 NFRA Convention.

Make sure to look at the retailer list for each session. We encourage you to adjust your availability on the scheduling site to avoid conflicts with previously scheduled meetings.

Important Notes

  • You will be assigned a maximum of 10 meetings total across all three sessions.
  • Do not request a Speed Meeting with a retailer if you already have a regular meeting scheduled with them.
  • Requesting a meeting does not guarantee a meeting — subject to retailer acceptance and system availability.
  • Schedule changes can be made through noon ET on Sunday, October 11.
  • Make sure to fill out the Speed Meeting Info Sheet for each assigned meeting.
