Shipping

In order to properly ship your materials to the 2026 NFRA Convention, please follow the below instructions:

  • For non-food items, please follow these guidelines from the FedEx Office at the Gaylord National Harbor.
  • For food items, please use the appropriate shipping labels provided by NFRA. Please place the label on all boxes, not just the exterior box.
  • To send sample items for customer business meetings, please use these labels:
Frozen
Refrigerated
Ice Cream
  • If you are shipping product for the Taste of Excellence or Café NFRA, please refer to the instructions and labels provided by The Marketing Arm.
  • If you are shipping product for a Manufacturer Meeting Room, specific labels will be emailed to you.
  • If you are a sponsor shipping product, specific shipping labels will be emailed to you.
  • There will be both frozen and refrigerated trucks on site to store all properly-labeled shipped product. Please proceed to the NFRA Product Retrieval Help Desk located in the Chesapeake Foyer to retrieve your samples as needed.

The Gaylord National Harbor will accept delivery for these products between Monday, October 12, 2026 through Friday, October 16, 2026.
